The Crisis Management training has the same emphasis on research and
tailored exercises as all our other training, only we like to throw in a few
surprises beforehand as part of the experience. We train face to face,
telephone, down the line, press conference and studio interview skills
through tailored scenarios. All aspects
of the media, from print to broadcast, are covered. We teach you how to formulate a message and to stay with it, no
matter how much pressure. Again, the buzzwords of Confidence, Clarity and
Control are the framework of the teaching, supported by video playback,
memory cards and a personal prescription form. |
