Q. Are the programmes fixed or can I get tailor-made changes?

A. The models and skills that we share are proven to be consistent and applicable across a wide range of situations; however, the agenda and issues that we train to will always be tailored to suit the specific needs of any client, market or situation.
Delegates spend at least 60% of their time on our key programmes working on their own real-life case studies. In doing so we focus our efforts on tailor-made solutions to specific commercial needs. This is no 'off-the-shelf' training package.

Q. Do you run open, public training events I can attend?

A. Due to the commercially sensitive nature of the discussion and work, we do not run open or mixed client sessions. We do however, provide coaching or formal training to any sized group, right down to 1-on-1, so contact us to discuss an appropriate solution.

Q. What languages can you do the training in?

A. As our business grows and expands we are continually expanding our language capability. At the moment, in addition to English, we deliver programmes in Spanish, French, Russian and Hungarian.

Furthermore, all our trainers are experienced at working through both simultaneous and parallel translations so that delegates get to do as much of the work as possible in their first language whenever first language service is not available.

Q. Who will be the trainer on my programme?

A. We work with every client to ensure that we get the right mix of trainer background and experience drawn from our group of trainers who have all been there and lived the job – from both buyer and seller backgrounds where appropriate.

Q. How do you do the benchmark evaluations?

A. We create an objective, criteria-based rating of each individual delegate based on their role and grade level. This rating (and the average for any team, group or level) can be compared to our extensive database of thousands of individuals who have attended our programmes to provide a comparison to 'best-in-class' operators.
